Oh hey, you! I'm so glad we are connecting! I'm Lauren and I'm a 31 year old photographer located in Monticello, IL. I'm married to my incredible husband, Paul, and just had a beautiful baby boy this year named Liam! We have two precious goldendoodles named Posey and Libby who are always keeping us on our toes. In addition to being a photographer, I'm also a college professor and teach first-year students life skills to empower them to be successful during their college experiences.

For over the last four years, I have served families, couples, and professionals throughout the Central Illinois area. Working with my clients has given me such a purpose in this world to empower others to feel their most confident and capture them in their most authentic moments. Many of my clients I have worked with for years and I adore witnessing and capturing their growth over time! My photography style is documentary style and I try to capture life as real as possible through my editing and posing. I'm a natural light, lifestyle photographer - so I utilize natural lighting and zero props!

I'm an Enneagram 4... so I want to connect deeply with the world and those around me. I want to know your story, who you are, what you value, and what a day in the life looks like for you. I use photography to tell that story.
