Alex + Nancy

On Friday, I met with Alex and Nancy at Allerton Park in Monticello, IL for a holiday themed photoshoot. These love birds were married this year and you could just feel how much they are in love being around them. Paul, my husband, joined us for the session. We had such a blast showing Alex and Nancy around Allerton- a special place in our hearts. It's the place where I spent many childhood summers riding my bike to and winters sledding, held one of my first jobs, had my first date with Paul, and even got engaged there!

What I love most about Alex and Nancy is their humor and their infectious energy. I don't think I've ever laughed so hard during a session before! Also, Nancy ALWAYS dresses like the queen that she is and I loved the ideas she had for Alex and her during the shoot. They looked absolutely stunning and I loved having the opportunity to photograph them! Love this couple and couldn't ask for better friends and clients. <3
